Full Sail Online Graphic Design Program

For more than three decades, Full Sail University has been recognized as a premier art, music and film school worldwide. Graduates of the university have been interviewed in fine arts magazines, and have been recognized for their accomplishments.

In April 2012, Graphic Design USA named Full Sail to its list of Designer-Friendly Schools, citing it as one of only eight institutions which provides excellence in graphic design education. Full Sail’s graduates have gone on to accomplish great things, including 23 who have been credited on 12 of the 2012 Grammy Award Winning releases, and 41 who have worked on 10 Oscar-Winning films. Founded in 1979, the university offers Master’s, Bachelor’s and Associate Degrees in a variety of concentrations. It is accredited through the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges. In 2011, it was named the “School/College of the Year” by the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges. And the list of awards and recognitions goes on.
Full Sail offers both campus-based and online degree programs. Students who attend on campus can expect to attend to a professional schedule that consists of 8 to 12 hour days that include four-hour lectures followed by four-hour lab work and the occasional 24-hour schedule.

The university offers Master’s Degrees at its campus in Entertainment Business and Game Design. It also offers Bachelor’s Degrees on campus in Computer Animation; Creative Writing for Entertainment; Digital Arts and Design; Entertainment Business; Film; Game Art; Game Development; Music Business; Recording Arts; Show Production; Sports Marketing and Media; and Web Design and Development. In addition, it offers Associate’s Degrees in Graphic Design and Recording Engineering.

Students who prefer an online program also have a selection of degrees at the bachelor and master levels, as well as graduate certificates. In the Master’s Degree online program, students can study Creative Writing; Education Media Design and Technology; Entertainment Business; Entertainment Business with a Sports Management Elective Track; Internet Marketing; Media Design; and New Media Journalism.

Thirteen programs also are included in the online Bachelor’s Degree program, including Computer Animation, Game Design, Internet Marketing and Music Production, to name a few. Online Graduate Certificates are available in Education Media Design and Technology and Internet Marketing.

Full Sail representatives say a student can complete a Master’s Degree program within 12 months; a four-year Bachelor’s Degree within 20-36 months; and a two-year Associate’s Degree within 12-24 months.
