Guide to Physical Therapy Schools

A physical therapist helps people who have suffered debilitating injuries, causing symptoms such as lower back pain, arthritis, fractures and some head injuries. They provide therapy which can help restore function to affected areas, and ease pain associated with many illnesses and injuries.

In order to work in this field, you must first graduate with a master’s or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited school or college. Graduates also must pass state and national licensing exams before they are allowed to practice.
